So this morning I was able to put on a pair of pants that I have not worn in 2 years.. I had stowed away 3 pairs of nice jeans that I really liked when my weight went up, figuring that I would eventually fit in them again.
As of today that is a reality. They have been living in the MLK section of my dresser for a long time now... you know.. the "I Have A Dream" drawer ;)
Some pretty good motivation for me to be honest.. Walking every day, cutting out soda, caffiene, and friut juice are really helping.. I have lost a fair bit of weight, and 2 inches off my belly.. I am pretty happy.
Now to start working out the arms so that I can get bigger in that area. That is my next goal (along with still losing weight)]]>
